With my Master's degree, I am taking courses in food and wine history which will make me knowledgable about dietary laws in other cultures, the best food and wine pairings and local food's seasonality and availability.

How did you become interested in Event Planning?
I was home for Thanksgiving break and watching a home organization show with my mom (she LOVES those!) and this one episode in particular was at the house of an event planner. I always knew that I wanted my own business and something clicked that day with event planning. I worked with a wedding planner for a couple summers then eventually got an event planning internship to learn the basics and get a more well-round experience. I was hired with that organization after completing the internship and have expanded into varioius events through this job. Every party I've worked and helped to create has just re-enforced my passion for it!
Favorite part of a party: Food, Photo booths, seeing guests enjoying themselves, inserting little touches in a party then watching as people notice them.
Favorite Things: Harry Potter, Volleyball, Buffalo Chicken, scary movies, Just Dance and Mario Kart
Gini and Heidi met while working at a non-profit in Boston and quickly bonded over horror movies and Taco Bell. They soon started bouncing ideas off each other then started throwing small parties for friends throughout the year. The biggest event each year for Gini and Heidi is Halloween as they both go all out for parties and their costumes.
